Shipping & Returns 

• Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.

• We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, unfortunately sometimes things happen that are outside of our control, due to this, we are unable to take responsibility for any delays due to the postal system or courier services.

• For large international orders please contact us for shipping costs.

Customs and import taxes -

• We are happy to ship far and wide, however we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency.

• Buyers are responsible for any duties,  customs and import taxes and any other fees that may apply.

• Parcel Force guidelines for international delivery are 3-5 days. We will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible! We will keep you informed if there are any unforeseen delays.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

• We want you to be happy! So if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.

• We only accept returns of purchases under the following conditions: Goods that are unused and undamaged and in their original condition and packaging within the aforementioned time period.

• Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs and any fees that may be involved.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
